Actual real-world generation may vary depending on local micro-climates, seasonal rainfall, dust/soiling accumulation on panel glass, shading from adjacent trees or buildings, panel tilt angle, and local utility grid availability.

2. Financial ROI & Savings Calculator Estimates

Financial savings figures, payback periods (e.g., 3.2 to 4 years), and lifetime savings projections produced by our online Solar Calculator are illustrative estimations based on prevailing state electricity distribution utility tariff slabs and anticipated escalation rates. Urja Setu does not guarantee fixed financial returns, as DISCOM tariff structures and taxation policies are subject to periodic revision by State Electricity Regulatory Commissions (SERCs).

3. Government Subsidy & PM Surya Ghar Disclaimers

Central Financial Assistance (CFA) under the PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana (up to ₹78,000 for residential rooftops) is an initiative of the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE), Government of India.

Clarification: Urja Setu (Gautam Communication) acts solely as an authorized EPC installation vendor facilitating seamless digital portal filing and DISCOM compliance. The final approval, quantum, and release timeline of subsidies are under the sole statutory jurisdiction of the Government of India and the designated Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) nodal banks.

5. DISCOM Net-Metering Feasibility & Inspection Timelines

The sanctioning of net-metering technical feasibility, distribution transformer (DT) load allocation, and bi-directional meter testing/installation schedules are executed by state distribution utilities (e.g. WBSEDCL, CESC, MSEDCL, UPPCL). While Urja Setu expedites all engineering liaisons, we are not liable for procedural delays arising from DISCOM administrative backlogs or grid capacity constraints.
