To ensure complete transparency and progress-linked trust, standard residential and commercial rooftop solar projects follow a structured 3-stage milestone payment schedule:

Stage 1 • 20%

Booking & Engineering

Paid upon contract signing. Initiates 3D shadow analysis, structural CAD design, and DISCOM net-metering portal application.

Stage 2 • 60%

Material Dispatch

Paid prior to the physical loading and dispatch of Tier-1 solar panels, inverters, structures, and cabling from the factory warehouse.

Stage 3 • 20%

Testing & Net Metering

Paid upon completion of mechanical mounting, electrical testing, and final DISCOM bi-directional net-meter synchronization.

Commercial clients receive valid GST tax invoices with HSN codes (8461/8541) allowing 100% Input Tax Credit (ITC) and 40% Accelerated Depreciation tax claims.

4. Subsidy Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) Clarification

Under the revised PM Surya Ghar guidelines, government subsidies (up to ₹78,000) are disbursed via Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) directly into the customer's bank account by the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE). The EPC invoice reflects the full project cost, and our technical team assists you with all documentation to guarantee your subsidy release without delay.
